Ivan Kurtusic played for the youth national team of Serbia, and as a professional in Malta, France, North Macedonia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Hong Kong. He worked as arsenal instructor in China, and led the hong kong champion with whom he reached the semi-finals of the national cup and qualification for the Asian Champions League, with the recognition of coach of the year.
Macva iz big club for Serbian condition with great history and backround so I did not think when offer comes to me ; Is important project of promotion young players and generaly promotion of club on longer terms ; We wish to make back to Super league this season or next one because club need stability and for this need time ; First Half season was generaly good for us with my personal impression that we should to have more points and that we easy lost some games we was winning ; We have score of 5 winning; 7 drow games and 7 lost games with score different 18-22 We use diferent system of play with our idea to be offensive always and to play game on goal more to score always !
We play in 3-5-2 also in 3-4-2-1 and in 4-2-3-1 formation this half season
